• All orders are processed within 2 business days.
• Shipping time varies from 2 days to 5 days 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• We offer free shipping on prepaid orders
• For cash on delivery orders, the shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.
• The estimated delivery time for all orders is approximately 3-4 days, subject to product availability and payment clearance.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on sundays or holidays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
• The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• All applicable taxes are included in the product price.
• There are no additional customs fees or duties for domestic shipments within India.

5. Damages

• VEDICDERM is committed to ensuring that your products reach you in the best condition. However, we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
