VEDICDERM Returns Policy

At VEDICDERM, we take pride in the quality of our skincare products. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Below is our policy on returns:

1. Return Window

Products can be returned within 30 days of the receipt of your order.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.

3. Process for Returning an Item

To initiate a return, please email us at vedicderm@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In case an order is already en route and the customer wishes to cancel the order, RTO cost of forward order and return order will be borne by the customer. In cases, where the customer is an old customer or the order was requested on another date due to any unforeseen circumstances on the customers end, the return fee can be waived off.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
